Novo RePower
Novo Power purchased the Novo BioPower Plant and the neighboring 80-megawatt coal-fired plant in July 2013. Both plants are located near the eastern Arizona town of Snowflake. Novo Power is entertaining several feasible plans for the use of the facility such as converting the coal-fired plant to a Natural Gas/Cogen facility, a Clean Coal test plant, or utilizing steam manufacturing for a new industrial partner on the complex. Novo is very excited about the future of these assets and believes that they can create a model for other Coal Plants in North East Arizona.
